Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce

- 1 tablespoon of lime juice

- 1 teaspoon of palm sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper

- 2 cups of shrimp (or chicken or tofu for alternatives)

- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chilies, garlic, and ginger. Saute for 1 minute.

2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.

3. Add broth, coconut milk, Tom Yum paste, fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar, and pepper. Stir well.
